Steps to make Pork belly
- 1. Main ingredients: 1000 grams of pork belly. Ingredients: ginger and scallions in moderation. Seasoning: 50 grams of light soy sauce, 20 grams of dark soy sauce, 20 grams of sweet soy sauce, 20 grams of soft white sugar, and 1 package of stewed meat ingredients (tangerine peel, dried ginger, cinnamon, star anise, Sichuan pepper, white atractylodes, galangal, fragrant leaves, fennel, and sand kernels)
- 2. Wash the pork belly and cut it into long, 1-2cm chunks
- 3. Place the pork belly strips into a container, with 50g of light soy sauce and 20g of dark soy sauce
