Many people like to eat bean paste buns, and taking a bite is the sweet bean paste filling. But my mom told me that a large piece of filling is a bit greasy to eat. Okay, for the sake of the elderly, let's change the method, and this method is faster and more suitable for beginners to operate. The steamed bean paste rolls will be very smooth and silky. Just roll the dough into a large piece, apply the bean paste filling, roll it up, and cut it into pieces. Many beginners may fail at not being able to roll round dough or make buns, so try making them into bean paste rolls.

Steps to make Dousha Roll
- 1. Put flour, milk powder, and sugar in a bowl
- 2. Dissolve yeast in warm water, pour it into a bowl, and stir with chopsticks while pouring until fluffy
- 3. Form a relatively rough dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it sit for about 5-8 minutes
- 4. By continuing to use your hands and dough, you can easily blend them into a smooth dough. Let it ferment in a warm place, and the dough will ferment twice as much. If you have an oven at home, you can choose the fermentation mode of the oven. Approximately 60 minutes of fermentation
- 5. Take out the fermented dough and let it vent. Rub and knead for about 8 minutes until the dough is smooth and there are no large pores on the surface. If the dough is a bit sticky, you can sprinkle some flour on the cutting board. Roll the dough into a rectangle, roll out the four corners, flip over and roll again, try to make it into a rectangle as much as possible
- 6. Apply the bean paste filling onto the dough
- 7. Then roll it up
- 8. Cut into 7 portions
- 9. Place it on oil paper and put it in the steamer
- 10. Let it sit in a warm place for 20 minutes. When the weather is hot, keep it at room temperature. If the room temperature is low, I usually put it in a steamer with hot water. It can be seen that it is noticeably larger
- 11. Steam in cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium low heat and steam for 9 minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 3 minutes before removing the lid
