- 1. First, wash the shiitake mushrooms and divide them into two parts. Use a knife to cut them into a thickness of 2CM.
- After washing the chicken leg mushrooms, cut them into a thickness of 2CM.
- 3. Pour in an appropriate amount of barbecue sauce.
- 4. Pour in an appropriate amount of black pepper powder.
- 5. Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and cooked sesame seeds, mix well, and marinate for about 20 minutes.
