- 1. Raw materials: Flammulina velutipes, pork tenderloin, white tofu, mint, coriander, scallion white, ginger, garlic, and spicy millet (forgot to pat).
- 2. Chop the scallions, ginger, garlic, mint leaves, coriander, and spicy millet into small pieces.
- 3. Mix the above ingredients with oil, salt, and chicken essence.
- 4. Mix the main dishes such as golden needle mushrooms, white tofu, and pork tenderloin in the seasoning, spread the banana leaves flat, and place golden needle mushrooms on top.
- 5. Fold the banana leaves like a blanket, tie them with the edges of the banana leaves, place them in a baking tray, and place tin foil underneath. Bake the middle layer of the oven for 20 minutes.
- 6. Braised golden needle mushrooms in buns.
- 7. You can also mash the white tofu and mix it with seasoning to make baked tofu.
