- 1. Slice the pumpkin puree and steam it until cooked.

- 4. Mix the dough into a soft and hard dough and let it ferment in a warm place.
- 5. Take out the fermented dough and knead it evenly.
- 6. Roll the dough into a thin and uniform rectangular dough.
- 7. Add an appropriate amount of flour, salt, and hot oil, stir well, and let cool.
- 8. Spread a layer of oil pastry evenly on the crust, cut both sides separately, and fold both sides towards the middle.
- 9. And so on.
