Steps to make Honey Crispy Bottom Bread

  • 1. Put salt into the inner bucket of the bread machine. Add water, eggs, bread flour, honey, granulated sugar, milk powder, and yeast powder.
  • 2. Set up two bread makers with "dough mixing" function and stir program for 20 minutes. Add 25 grams of softened butter at room temperature, turn on the bread maker's "kneading" function again, run twice for 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth, and then pull out the transparent film.
  • 3. Take out the dough and knead it until it is round.
  • 4. Put the round dough into a bowl.

  • 10. Take a loose small dough and knead it until it is round.
  • 11. Roll the dough into an oval shape with a rolling pin.
  • 12. Roll the bottom edge thin and roll it up from top to bottom.
  • 13. Roll into a long roll shape. Roll it up one by one.
  • 14. Cut the long roll in half.
  • 15. Dip the cut of each noodle roll in water and sesame seeds, and place them on a baking tray.
  • 16. Place the baking tray in the oven, add a bowl of hot water to moisturize and ferment, let it stand for about 30 minutes.
  • After fermentation, evenly spread a layer of honey water on the bread embryo. The ratio of honey to water is 1:1.
