Steps to make Northeast Dapi
- 1. Beat the eggs, apply a little oil to the pan, fry the eggs into egg shells, and cut them into thin strips; Cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips; Cut carrots, cucumbers, purple cabbage, black fungus into thin shreds, and cilantro into small pieces for later use.
