- 1. Wash the crabs thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the cheeks and clean thoroughly.
- 3. Take a pat on the crab leg.
- 4. Chop appropriate sized pieces into a container and add minced garlic.
- 5. Add millet chili.
- 6. Add chopped cilantro.
- 7. Mix fish sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and lemon juice together.
- 8. Refrigerate for more than an hour or overnight for better taste.
