Steps to make Garlic vermicelli steamed luffa
- Soak the fans in hot water in advance to soften them.
- 2. Cut the garlic into small pieces and the red chili into small pieces, as shown in the picture.
- 3. Pour a small amount of cooking oil into the pot. Once the oil is hot, put the pre cut garlic and red chili into the pot and stir fry until fragrant. Then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and half a tablespoon of salt to the pot and stir fry evenly. Finally, turn off the heat.
- 4. Peel the loofah and cut it diagonally into thick slices, as shown in the picture.
- 5. Choose a larger plate, place the loofah on it, then put some vermicelli on top, and finally place the remaining vermicelli in the middle of the plate, as shown in the picture.
- 6. Pour the freshly stir fried garlic and soup onto the vermicelli, as shown in the picture.
- 7. Put the entire dish into a steamer or steamer, add boiling water to the steamer, and steam for 12 minutes.
