When I had whole wheat flour at home, the first thing that came to my mind was making this bread. Jin Dawang's recipe didn't disappoint me (I added a little brown sugar and reduced a little butter). The aroma of brown sugar and longan is full, and most importantly, it doesn't need to be kneaded to the extended stage required by ordinary bread. Just knead it smooth, and manual work can handle it perfectly. It's great!
