Steps to make Dried Tofu with Green Pepper and Onion
- 1. Green peppers, onions, dried tofu, scallions.
- 2. Slice the green peppers and onions.
- 3. Cut the dried tofu into diamond shaped slices.
- 4. Heat up the oil and stir fry the scallions until fragrant.
- 5. Add dried tofu.
- 6. After stir frying evenly, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and simmer with water for 5 minutes.
- 7. Add green pepper slices and cook for 1 minute.
- 8. Add onions and season with salt and MSG.
- 9. Stir fry evenly, pour in water starch and stir fry until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.
- 10. Take out the pot and put it on a plate.
