Steps to make Braised Thick Eggs with Asparagus
- 1. Prepare ingredients: eggs, asparagus, ham sausage, flour, mozzarella cheese slices;
- 2. Wash the asparagus and blanch the soup in the water for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside;
- 3. Set aside blanched asparagus and ham sausages;
- 4. Put a small amount of salt in the egg to break it up;
- 5. Sieve the flour and add it to the egg mixture;
- 6. Sieve the egg mixture with flour again to make it more delicate and smooth;
- 7. Brush a small amount of oil in a non stick pot, pour in some egg mixture, wait for the egg mixture to solidify slightly, and then place asparagus, ham sausage, and cheese slices in one go;
- 8. Roll it up from one side, then push it aside and pour in the egg mixture. When it solidifies slightly, start rolling it up and repeat this process 2-3 times;
- 9. After rolling it up, fix it for a while longer, and you can take it out of the pot;
