Steps to make Northern Spring Cake
- 1. Slowly pour in hot water and stir with chopsticks.
- 2. Slowly knead the dough with your hands. If it's sticky, dip it in some cold water and knead it slowly until it's smooth. If the dough is shiny, put it in a basin and wake it up.
- 3. Wake up for about 5 minutes, place the noodles on the panel, knead them and divide them into 3 parts, like making dumpling skins.
- 4. It's like making dumpling skins, but it's a bit larger than the dumpling skins, with four in a group.
- 5. After rolling out the dough, use a small brush to apply oil to the noodles, which is the vegetable oil used for stir frying. Note that when applying oil, make sure to apply the noodles completely, only three! Then stack the oiled pieces and roll them out like a dumpling skin.
- 6. Roll it out! Generally large up and down.
- 7. Put it in a pancake bowl on low heat.
