Steps to make Oreo Cheesecake

  • 1. Melt 25g of butter in hot water, then add biscuit crumbs and mix well
  • 2. Spread the mixed biscuits evenly at the bottom of the 8-inch cake mold, press tightly, and then refrigerate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • 3. Stir the cheese in hot water until smooth, delicate, and free of particles. Add milk and melted 50g butter and stir evenly
  • 4. Add egg yolks in batches and stir evenly. Then, add sifted low gluten flour, corn starch, and vanilla extract, scraping and stirring until there are no particles
  • 5. Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and beat at low speed to form thick bubbles. Add white sugar in stages and continue beating slowly and quickly until the egg beater is lifted and the egg whites can pull out the curved corners
  • 6. Take out 1/3 of the protein paste and pour it into the egg yolk paste. Gently stir with a rubber scraper until evenly mixed. Use cutting or flipping from bottom to top to pour all the mixed egg yolk batter into the remaining egg whites bowl. Use the same method to stir until the egg whites and egg yolk batter are fully mixed
  • 7. Break a few pieces of Oreo cookies and put them into the batter
  • 8. After gently stirring with a rubber scraper, pour it into the cake mold and shake it a few times
  • 9. Prepare a large baking tray, pour in water, place it on the lowest layer of the oven, preheat it at 150 degrees, then place the mold containing cake batter in the middle and lower layers, and bake over high heat for 55 minutes
  • 10. After baking, open the oven and take out the cake mold. Let it cool naturally. If you prefer a better taste, you can refrigerate it in the refrigerator and eat it.
