Steps to make Xinjiang La Tiaozi
- 1. Pour salt into the flour.
- 2. Stir well with chopsticks.
- 3. Form a dough that is neither hard nor soft, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.

- 5. Cut the dough into pieces from one end.
- 6. Take another one and cut it in half from the middle.
