Steps to make Xinjiang La Tiaozi

  • 1. Pour salt into the flour.
  • 2. Stir well with chopsticks.
  • 3. Form a dough that is neither hard nor soft, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.
  • 4. Take it out and rub it smooth.
  • 5. Cut the dough into pieces from one end.
  • 6. Take another one and cut it in half from the middle.
  • 7. Take a long strip.
  • 8. Each strip should be evenly dipped in oil.
  • 9. Place the plates layer by layer in a basin, cover with a lid, and wake up for another hour.
  • 10. After waking up, slowly pull a long strip.
  • 11. Until it's finished.
  • 12. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until fully cooked.
  • 13. Prepare the ingredients.
  • 14. Marinate beef with half a tablespoon of salt, one bottle of soy sauce, and one bottle of cooking wine for 10 minutes.
  • 15. Pour some oil into the pot and stir fry until ginger and beef are cooked. Serve.
  • 16. Beat the eggs and stir fry in a pan until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  • 17. Heat up some oil in the pot, then add onions, tomatoes, and green peppers and stir fry.
  • 18. Pour in the beef and stir fry the eggs.
  • 19. Add 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of chicken essence, 1 tablespoon of thirteen spice, and 1 tablespoon of pepper for seasoning.
