    • 1. Wash Xiaomi thoroughly with clean water.
    • 2. Pour enough water into the clay pot, then pour in the washed millet and bring it to a boil over high heat. Turn the heat down.
    • 3. Soak and wash red dates and goji berries in warm water.
    • After washing the dried red dates, slice them vertically to remove the dates.
    • 5. Pour the cut red dates into millet porridge and simmer for 30 minutes until the rice porridge is thick.
