Steps to make Bread machine version yogurt
- 1. Spare raw materials.
- 2. Clean the inner bucket of the bread machine thoroughly.
- 3. Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water and soak for at least one minute.
- 4. Drain the water from the bucket, let it cool down, and then pour in white sugar.
- 5. Pour in yogurt baking powder.
- 6. Add milk.
- 7. Pour in cream.
- 8. Mix thoroughly and evenly. (If mixing with tools, remember to soak the tools in boiling water for disinfection as well.)
- 9. Seal the inner bucket with plastic wrap.
- 10. Put the inner bucket into the bread machine. Select the yogurt button on program 13 and set the time to 10 hours.
- After 11.10 hours, the yogurt has thickened.
