Steps to make Bread machine version yogurt

1. Spare raw materials.
2. Clean the inner bucket of the bread machine thoroughly.
3. Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water and soak for at least one minute.
4. Drain the water from the bucket, let it cool down, and then pour in white sugar.
5. Pour in yogurt baking powder.
6. Add milk.
7. Pour in cream.

9. Seal the inner bucket with plastic wrap.
10. Put the inner bucket into the bread machine. Select the yogurt button on program 13 and set the time to 10 hours.
