  • 1. The main ingredient is used to make bread, and the auxiliary ingredient is the seasoning sauce. First, make the seasoning sauce. Crush garlic and rosemary into small pieces.
  • 2. Put it into a bowl of olive oil, add salt and mix well.
  • 3. Making dough: Mix flour with salt, sugar, and yeast powder.
  • 4. Then add water, not all of which may be added, and mix until there is no dry powder.
  • 5. Let it stand for 15 to 20 minutes and add one-third of the spice oil. After mixing evenly, cover with plastic wrap for fermentation.
  • 6. Send to 2-3 times the size.

  • 8. Do not rub, use your fingers to poke flat.
  • 9. Sprinkle a layer of shredded onion and a little rosemary. Put it in the oven and let it ferment again.
