Steps to make Crystal Spring rolls

  • 1. Soak yellow cauliflower in advance, wash it, remove the old roots, and tear them in half. Wash other materials and cut them into thin threads or slices.
  • 2. Heat the wok and add oil. First, add shiitake mushrooms and shredded yellow cauliflower and stir fry until the shiitake mushrooms become soft.
