Steps to make Crystal Spring rolls
- 1. Soak yellow cauliflower in advance, wash it, remove the old roots, and tear them in half. Wash other materials and cut them into thin threads or slices.
- 2. Heat the wok and add oil. First, add shiitake mushrooms and shredded yellow cauliflower and stir fry until the shiitake mushrooms become soft.
- 3. Pour in shredded carrots and green peppers and stir fry until cooked.
- 4. Finally, add dried tofu and stir fry evenly, then season with salt.
- 5. Prepare a flat plate, pour proper amount of cold boiled water, take a piece of Vietnamese Spring rolls skin, soak it in water for about 40 seconds, and then soften it.
- 6. Take out the softened Spring rolls skin and lay it on the chopping board, and put in a proper amount of stuffing.
- 7. Roll up. (The method of rolling is the same as that of common Spring rolls)
