Steps to make Steamed eggs with clams
- 1. Raw material diagram.
- 2. Prepare 200 grams of warm water first, add salt and melt it for later use. (The ratio of water to egg mixture is 2:1)
- 3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir until scattered.
- 4. Add the pre prepared warm water and stir evenly.
- 5. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, then add ginger slices and scallions. Bring to a boil and add the cleaned clams. Cook until open and turn off the heat.
- 6. Spread the clams on the bottom of the plate.
- 7. Use a strainer to filter the egg mixture into a plate.
- 8. Cover with plastic wrap, make a few holes with a toothpick, and place it on the steaming rack.
- 9. Cover with a lid and turn to low heat to steam for about ten minutes, leaving some gaps on the lid during steaming. After serving, drizzle with a little soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
