Apple cider vinegar is a substance that has an acidic taste but enters the body as an alkaline substance. Alkaline constitution is more resistant than acidic constitution and is beneficial for the growth of probiotics in the field, promoting the excretion of fat and cholesterol. It is also rich in vitamins and can be used for beauty and skincare. It is a great beverage. Let's make a bottle by ourselves now~

Steps to make Homemade apple cider vinegar
- 1. Required materials: one bottle of rice vinegar, three green apples, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
- 2. Wash the apples, wipe off any excess moisture, and slice them.
- 3. Cut the apple slices into cubes (or directly cut them into thin peels).
- 4. Take a small portion of the diced apples and put them into the bottle first.
- 5. Add another layer of rock sugar.
- 6. Using the same method of layering apples on top of rock sugar, fill the bottle (I used the IKEA glass bottle for three apples).
- 7. Pour rice vinegar into the bottle.
- 8. The amount of vinegar should be sufficient for all ingredients.
- 9. Cover the bottle with plastic wrap (I don't think this bottle is very sealed, so if it's sealed, there's no need for plastic wrap).
- 10. Just cover the lid.
- 11. Gently move the jar to a cool and ventilated place, and open the bottle cap to allow it to breathe.
- After two months, it will have already fermented and turned yellow in color.
- 13. Put a small amount in the cup.
- 14. Mix it with plain water in a ratio of 1:8 and it will taste the same as the apple cider vinegar sold outside.
- 15. Pour out the apples inside and do not leave only the vinegar. Put them in a small bottle and store them in the refrigerator.
