Steps to make Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

  • 1. Wash the ingredients thoroughly, cut the scallions into sections, slice the ginger, and chop the scallions into scallions.

  • 9. Mix sauce: cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, rice vinegar, sugar water, and stir well.
