Steps to make Sesame peanut nougat

  • 1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  • 2. Rinse the peanuts, drain the water, heat them in the microwave for about 3 minutes until cooked, take them out and let them cool. (To remove and shake it halfway, please adjust the heating time according to the actual situation)
  • 3. Heat the black sesame seeds in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until cooked.
  • 4. Peel the roasted peanuts and place them on a plate with black sesame seeds for later use.
  • 5. Turn on low heat and make sure to use a non stick pan.
  • 6. Put butter in a non stick wok.
  • 7. Add until the butter melts.

  • 10. Add milk powder and continue stirring until there is no dry powder.

  • 12. Pour the nougat balls into a non stick baking tray.
  • If there is no non stick plate, it can be directly placed on oil paper for shaping. If there is a rolling pin, it can be rolled flat directly, and the corners can be leveled with a scraper.
  • 14. While there is still some warmth left, use a knife to cut into a shape of 1 cm * 4 cm.
  • 15. First, wrap the nougat in glutinous rice paper.
