Difficult to digest glutinous rice paired with easily digestible sweet potatoes can be described in two words: a perfect match! Combined with the fragrance of sesame, I couldn't stop eating. The filling is made of peanuts, sesame seeds, white sugar, and relatively moist fresh lilies. This combination also makes people drunk when eaten.

Steps to make Sesame Sweet Potato Cake
- 1. Steam sweet potatoes in a steamer until fully cooked. (Only half is needed.)
- 2. Prepare sesame seeds, peanuts and sugar, stir fry sesame seeds, peel and smash peanuts after stir frying.
- 3. Peel fresh lilies piece by piece and boil them in water. Lilies are easy to cook, so don't boil them for too long.

- 5. Stir well.
- 6. Tear off a thin layer of skin from steamed sweet potatoes.
- 7. Add glutinous rice flour and a little raw flour. Add some hot water in moderation, in portions.
- 8. Until it is kneaded into a non stick ball.
- 9. Divide the glutinous rice balls into four parts and shape them by hand.
- 10. Add filling.
- 11. Close the mouth into a round cake shape.
- 12. Stick sesame seeds on the surface.
- 13. Heat oil in the pot and add the prepared cake. Fry over low heat.
- After frying one side, flip it over and fry the other side until the surface turns golden brown.
