Steps to make Lotus flavored glutinous rice chicken

  • 1. Add water to the pot, put it on the steamer, soak the shiitake mushrooms (soak them for about 15 minutes, then put them directly into the steamer with a bowl) and sausage in the steamer, steam for 10 minutes.

  • 7. Spread glutinous rice flat on top, then add a few slices of chicken leg meat, sausages, shiitake mushrooms, salted egg yolk, and sea rice in sequence. Spread another layer of glutinous rice on top.
  • Finally, wrap it with lotus leaves, and the glutinous rice chicken is finished.
  • 9. Add water to the pot, put on the steamer, put in the already wrapped glutinous rice chicken, cover the pot, and manually adjust the firepower to 6 levels for 1 hour.
  • 10. After cooking, take out the glutinous rice chicken and enjoy it.
