Steps to make Braised leek cake
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly
- 2. Chop, add sesame oil and peanut oil (add more), and mix well. (Salt, it is recommended to put it before making pancakes to avoid water leakage)
- 3. Mix flour and dough for half an hour
- 4. Roll into long strips
- 5. Cut into small pieces
- 6. Roll it into a round pancake and cover it with chive filling
- 7. Crack an egg on the chive filling and stir it up
- 8. Roll out another dough cake of the same size and lay it on top, compacting both sides into a dough
- 9. Do not add oil to the pot, put in the dough and simmer over low heat until both sides are fully cooked
