Send an inventory, go home on Loong Boat Festival, and my father planted a myrica tree that bears a lot of myrica. Although it is not fully mature, it can also be eaten.

Steps to make Homemade dried yangmei
- Soak Yangmei in salt water for half an hour and let it dry. Freeze in the refrigerator overnight, it won't easily spoil when cooked.
- 2. Put frozen bayberries into a pot, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and water. If the bayberries are sour, you can add more sugar. Turn the fire to medium after it has heated up.
- After boiling for 10 minutes, you can take out some bayberry juice to drink, which is sour, sweet, and delicious. Putting it in the fridge to chill will make it more delicious.
- 4. Continue boiling until the sauce is collected.
- 5. Finally, gather the sauce and stir fry slowly over low heat to avoid burning the pan. The action should be light, don't fry it too badly. Boil until fully juiced.
- 6. Spread the harvested yangmei on a bamboo dustpan and let it sit in the bright sun for a day. You can also microwave for 10-15 minutes, or heat the oven up and down to 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. The taste will be better when dried in the sun.
- 7. If you forgot to take a photo while drying, sprinkle some white sugar and put it in a jar to eat slowly.
