Steps to make Jujube, Peanut Kernel, Glutinous Rice Dumpling
- 1. Ingredients: Glutinous rice.
- 2. Peanut kernels (pre soaked).
- 3. Jujube.
- 4. Zongye (washed).
- 5. Cotton thread.
- Wash the glutinous rice.
- 7. Drain the water.
- Next, add the soaked peanut kernels and mix well.
- 9. Take two overlapping zongzi leaves, roll them into a funnel shape, put in peanut kernels, glutinous rice, and two honey dates.
- 10. Add peanuts, kernels, and glutinous rice.
- 11. Wrap it according to your own technique and tie it with cotton thread.
- 12. Then, stack them in an electric rice cooker and add Zongzi that has not been wrapped with clean water.
- 13. Cover the lid, plug in the power, press the cooking button, and cook for 3 hours. That's it. (Water needs to be added when cooking)
- 14. Finally, take out Zongzi.
- 15. Peel off the zongzi leaves and it's ready to eat. (Add sugar by yourself).
