  • 4. Then use a toothpick to poke the hole, which will make it easier to marinate.
  • 5. Rinse the prepared chicken pieces again and put them into a large bowl. Two spoonfuls of ginger slices, one spoonful of cooking wine, a quarter spoonful of pepper, one spoonful of light soy sauce, and a little salt. Repeat this process with both hands, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate for a few hours. It's even better to marinate one night in advance.
  • 6. Let's mix and stir the sauce: two spoons of cooking wine, one spoonful of light soy sauce, one spoonful of oil consuming, a quarter spoonful of dark soy sauce, half a spoonful of honey, and two spoonfuls of water. Everyone has a different taste, try it with chopsticks.
