Steps to make Sauteed Shrimp with Broccoli
- 1. Blanch the fresh shrimp in water until cooked, then remove the head and shell
- 2. After peeling the cucumber, wash it and celery thoroughly
- 3. Cut the cleaned cucumber and celery into long strips
- 4. Cut the cucumber, celery sticks, shrimp, and scallions into small pieces, and then slice the ginger into olive shaped slices
- 5. Boil the celery cubes in water until cooked and remove them from the pan with supercooled water
- 6. Heat up the wok, add oil and ginger slices, stir fry, then add shrimp and stir fry. Add cooking wine, salt and sugar, and stir fry well. Remove from heat
- 7. Stir fry the cucumber and celery in the wok again
