Steps to make Shrimp and egg wracking

  • 1. Add all the ingredients from the batter ingredients together and prepare the batter. It's the same as making octopus meatballs (you can refer to the octopus meatball recipe previously posted). Clean the shrimp and leave the shrimp tail, with the back open in the middle.
  • 2. Flip the shrimp meat through the hole.
  • After processing everything, add a little cooking wine and salt to marinate for ten minutes.
  • 4. Prepare quail eggs and scallions.
  • 5. Boil water and cook the shrimp to set.
  • 6. Control the moisture content for later use.
  • 7. All the materials are ready.
  • 8. Preheat octopus balls in a pot for five minutes.
  • 9. Brush oil into each hole and keep the fire low throughout the process.
