Steps to make Rosemary salt baked crab
- 1. Brush the crab clean, drain the water, and dry it with kitchen paper. Pour 2 pounds of coarse salt into the pot, a little more, because you will need to cover the crab with salt later
- 2. Cover the pot, heat over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, and hear a cracking sound inside the pot
- 3. Open the lid, spread half of the salt around with a spatula, and put fresh rosemary into the pot
- 4. Place the crab on top of the vanilla
- 5. Cover the entire crab with salt all around it
- 6. Cover the pot and heat on low heat for 10 minutes (using the minimum heat in the furnace core). Turn off the heat, do not open the lid, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes
- After five minutes, open the lid and take out the crab to remove the salt particles
