Steps to make Rose sago milk jelly
- Soak the rose petals in milk. (It is best to soak overnight for a stronger taste), seal and store in refrigeration.
- 2. Bring boiling water over high heat, pour in sago, and cook until you see the small white heart. Turn off the heat and simmer until fully transparent, then set aside with supercooled water.
- 3. Pour out the milk from the rose petals, add sugar and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add light cream, stir well, and add gelatin that has been softened with ice water beforehand. Stir well.
- 5. Then filter it out.
- 6. Pour into a cup filled with sago, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for at least four hours.
