Steps to make Gulu Fish and Radish
- 1. Prepare the raw materials.
- 2. Cut the fish into slightly thicker slanted slices (there is no technique to remove the skin).
- 3. Cut the carrot in the middle.
- 4. Then cut into slices.
- 5. Put the fish into a container, add salt and cooking wine, and marinate for ten minutes.
