Steps to make Bouquet fish fillet
- 1. Buy ready-made black fish fillets, wrap them around five pieces and make them look like roses.
- 2. Bring water to a boil and steam over medium heat for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 3. When steaming fish, wash the cowpeas and break them into long sections. Wash the carrots and use a peeler to scrape two pieces.
- 4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add an appropriate amount of salt and cook the cowpeas until they are soft and hard to your liking.
- 5. Heat carrots until soft and remove.
- 6. Cut carrots into 1cm wide strips.
- 7. Put the steamed fish flowers into a plate, break the cowpeas into appropriate lengths, and roll them up with carrots.
- 8. Arrange the carrot strips in a bow shape.
- 9. Pour the steamed fish soup into a small pot, add an appropriate amount of starch, and simmer into a thin sauce.
- 10. Pour over the sauce.
