Steps to make Laba Congee
- 1. Red beans, mung beans, black beans, soybeans, lotus seeds.
- 2. Job's tears, peanuts, black rice, oats, goji berries, walnuts.
- 3. Rice, millet.
- Soak the four beans in advance for at least 8 hours to save cooking time.
- 5. Other materials should only be soaked for about an hour.
- 6. Prepare an enamel pot and add enough water at once.
- 7. Drop four beans in cold water and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
