Dou Mo is actually made from millet ground milk, and the reason it is called Dou Mo is because it contains cooked soybeans and peanut beans. Add some seasonal vegetables such as spinach, carrots, etc. to the bean foam.   • In order to wake up in the morning and quickly prepare, I pre cooked peanuts and soybeans in the rice cooker at night. If it's for dinner, you can cook these in the afternoon.
  • 2. Soak Xiaomi in water after sleeping. It usually takes about 3 hours to soak.
  • 3. In the morning, add an appropriate amount of water and five spice powder to the soaked millet and use a blender to grind it into rice slurry. I added five spice powder to make it easier. It's even better to grind millet together with stir fried star anise Sichuan peppercorns and other ingredients
  • 4. Add water to the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and first boil the noodles and shredded carrots
  • 5. Pour the ground rice slurry into the pot and cook it. I chopped the green ones inside and forgot to take pictures. Later, I added some extra Malan heads
  • 6. Wash Malan Head
  • 7. When the soup is cooked, add the Malan head
  • Boil for half a minute
