Steps to make Xian Cao Shao Yu Yuan

  • 1. Prepare ingredients: cassava flour, purple taro, pumpkin, fairy grass powder, white sugar, etc;
  • 2. Mix 150 grams of Xiancao powder with water to make Xiancao paste; PS: Mix evenly until there are no particles;
  • Boil 31000 grams of water, pour in the fairy grass paste and boil again. Mix well while boiling;

  • 9. Boil an appropriate amount of water, add the prepared taro balls, and cook them thoroughly; Boil the taro balls and remove them, cut the fairy grass into pieces, add an appropriate amount of white sugar, and mix well.
