Steps to make Tianma Tonggu Soup
- 1. Wash the bones with hot water.
- 2. Soak in cold water for 3 hours, change the water twice in the middle, and the blood in the bones can be soaked.
- 3. Boil water in a pot to remove the fishy smell from the flying water in the barrel bones.
- 4. Remove, wash and prepare.
- 5. Wash the morel mushrooms and soak them in warm water for 30 minutes. Cut the gastrodia into slices and soak them in water for 2 hours. Wash red dates and goji berries and set aside for later use.
- 6. Heat water in a pot until it boils and add ginger slices and cooking wine. Then add the washed bones and boil them.
- 7. Pour everything into the purple clay pot and add the soaked Tianma. Pour the water for soaking Tianma and the water for soaking morel together.
- 8. Power on and cook on high heat for 1.5 hours.
- After 9.1.5 hours, add red dates and morel mushrooms and cook for 30 minutes.
- 10. Add goji berries and cook for 5 minutes before cooking, then add some salt.
