Steps to make Honeydew, cashew nuts, chicken cubes

1. Wash the chicken breast and remove the fascia, then cut it into approximately 1.5 cm square pieces.

3. Cut the honeydew into pieces the same size as the diced chicken.
4. Put the cashews into a pan of oil and fry over low heat until the surface turns slightly yellow

6. Add diced honeydew and stir fry evenly. (The stir frying time should not be too long, otherwise the honeydew will produce soup and affect the taste)

8. Add the fried cashews and stir fry quickly until evenly distributed. Remove from the pan. (This step needs to be fast, otherwise the cashews won't be crispy.)
