Steps to make Niuli, an ancient Dim sum from Taiwan
- Mix whole egg, yolk, and granulated sugar.

- 3. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Sift the low gluten flour into the beaten egg batter and stir evenly.
- 4. Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze it onto a non stick macaron baking tray in the kitchen.
- 5. Use a sieve to sieve the powdered sugar twice on the surface.
- 6. Place it in the preheated middle layer of the oven at 145 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
- 7. Then prepare the filling, add softened butter and powdered sugar, stir until smooth, and put it into a piping bag.
- 8. After baking the cookies, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
