  • 4. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl.
  • 5. Add salt.
  • 6. Add clean water.
  • 7. Stir well.
  • 8. Steam over medium heat.
  • 9. When the egg mixture is about to solidify, sprinkle with fried fragrant rice and continue steaming for 2 minutes.
  • 10. Steamed egg custard.
  • 11. Sprinkle chopped scallions.
  • 12. Pour in sesame oil that has been heated to 80%.
