  • 3. After the rice cools down, pour in an appropriate amount of sushi vinegar and mix well. Try it while mixing, and the amount of sushi vinegar should be according to your preference. If you don't have sushi vinegar, you can also mix white vinegar, white sugar, and a little salt to make a vinegar solution with moderate acidity and sweetness, and mix it with rice.
