Steps to make Spicy Braised pork belly

  • 1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces and blanch the meat in cold water.
  • 2. Heat up the pot, add a small amount of oil, put in the meat pieces and stir fry until the oil comes out. Remove and set aside.
  • 3. Put fermented black beans, star anise, cinnamon, scallions, ginger, and dried chili directly into the pot and stir fry until fragrant.
