Steps to make French truffle chocolate

  • 1. Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and pour in heated cream to melt the chocolate
  • 2. Add vanilla extract
  • 3. After pouring butter and stirring, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for about an hour until the chocolate sauce solidifies
  • 4. Make solidified chocolate into a spherical shape by hand
  • 5. Roll a few times on top of cocoa powder to fully coat it with cocoa powder
