Technique
Steps to make Roujiamo
- Soak the pork belly in clean water for about 2 hours to remove any blood.
- 2. Prepare the brine and put it into the brine bag.
- 3. Put the pork belly and braised pork belly into a pot, add water, and cook until the braised pork belly is completely melted.
- 4. Put in the brine pack, rock sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, and five spice powder.
