Steps to make glutinous rice rolls stuffed with red bean paste

  • 1. Take a large bowl of microwave oven and add glutinous rice flour
  • 2. Add corn starch
  • 3. Add sugar and 18 grams of salad oil, and use the rest to brush silicone pads, etc
  • 4. Add proper amount of water. I added about 180g to make a thin glutinous rice paste
  • 5. Cover and microwave on high heat for 2 minutes
  • 6. After taking it out, use chopsticks to stir vigorously and be careful not to burn your hands; Put it back in the microwave for 2 minutes, then take it out and continue stirring well
  • After brushing oil on the silicone pad, place the glutinous rice ball on top and brush some oil on the dough as well
  • 8. After placing plastic wrap on the dough, gently roll it out into a rectangular shape with a rolling pin
  • 9. Evenly apply Red bean soup on it
  • 10. Use a silicone pad to roll it up, with the closure facing downwards
  • 11. Spread the pre prepared soybean powder evenly on top with a sieve, flip it over and sprinkle a little more, so that the surrounding area is covered with soybean powder
  • 12. Cut into small pieces with a knife, and it's best to apply some oil each time
