Steps to make Amaranth Juice Glutinous Rice Dumplings
- 1. Boil and blanch amaranth in water
- Soak peanuts overnight

- 5. Fold a zongzi leaf into a funnel shape and first add a small amount of rice, honey dates, and peanuts
