Steps to make Corn Noodle and Vegetable Dumplings
- 1. Ingredients: corn flour, carrots (cleaned and peeled), spinach (root removed and washed), eggs, shrimp skin.
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of corn flour into the plate.
- 3. Put the eggs into a bowl and beat them into liquid.
- 4. Heat up the oil in a wok, add the egg mixture and stir fry until it turns into chunks. Remove from the wok.
- 5. Let it cool.
- 6. Crush the carrots with a chopping board.
- 7. Blanch the spinach in boiling water and remove it.
- 8. Cool with cold water.
- 9. Then, squeeze the supercooled spinach out of water and cut it into small pieces on a cutting board.
- 10. Combine with carrots.
- 11. Next, add the scrambled eggs and shrimp skin, and add an appropriate amount of salt.
- 12. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
- 13. Add an appropriate amount of corn flour.
- 14. Mix well.
