  • 1. Main ingredients: eggs, minced meat, red pepper, scallions.

  • 10. Pour in minced meat and stir fry quickly until it turns color.
  • 11. Add an appropriate amount of Da Xi Da BBQ sauce and stir fry evenly.
  • 12. Add chopped red pepper and chopped scallions and mix well.
